Easy fast 3 steps for creating high shine:

1)- With multiple rapid filing strokes, use the black portion of the 3 way Buffer on each nail to deep clean entire nail bed.

2)- Repeat same buffing strokes with the White section for preparing the nails for shining.

3)- Continue buffing each nail with the ultra fine buffing mesh on the Gray side of the buffer to finish with a high shine
